Warranty InformationAll products are warranted by their respective manufacturers, which may vary from product to product. If you pay for an item at our site, and we ship an item to you from our warehouse or have it drop-shipped directly to you from one of our vendors, then we will handle any warranty issues. If you are directed to another vendor through a clickable link on our site, and you order from them, then THAT vendor is responsible for handling warranty issues. We we will honor all physical products on our own sites with our own payment buttons for a minimum of 90 days, or up to the limit of the manufacturer's warranty if that should be more than 90 days unless stated otherwise. Online auction sales return policies will be stated on the listing. During the warranty or return time you may return any product (shipping will be at your expense) that does not meet your expectations, or breaks or fails in any way during normal intended usage. All we ask is that you call or email us first to let us know, so that we can make arrangements for replacing it, or refund your money. If any product from any source arrives damaged, the carton will also likely show damage. In such cases, please contact the carrier and file a damage claim. Then, also let us know what has happened, and if we shipped the product, we will get a replacement out to you ASAP. Digital Product warranties usually have time limits with each product, and will be warranted up to that time with no questions asked. If you are unhappy with any digital product, just let us know and we will refund your money in full.
