About UsAzgrand Internet Marketing was started in early 2000. An internet business can be "as grand" (therefore the name) as any brick and mortar store. It started out with 18 different store-front web sites carrying over a million products, but the company supplying the platform for the stores and the products changed their way of doing business, and their name. They had no training program, and it seems they soon found out that it takes more than a web site to get traffic. In 2004, Azgrand helped to set up a company to import steel tool boards from Sweden, and became the first, and largest distributor, outselling four other distributors nationwide. Later in 2004, while looking for items to compliment the tool boards without competing with them, they acquired a distributorship with Ernst tool organizing products and built that into the largest online full-line stocking distributor in the world. They stopped being a distributor for them in 2008, at their own choice, because buying in large quantities and then "warehousing" products did not fit into their future growth goals. In 2011, they started using Wordpress blogs with their sites, beginning with their blog.CaravanCamperRV.com site, which offers much more functionality, including automatic notification of new posts, social site interaction and much more. This site will also begin using a blog by the summer of 2012, when it will undergo a complete redesign. Although Wordpress is a new addition, the use of blogs is not. Sharon went to a Blogger platform with her own site at MusicDecorandMore.blogspot.com in 2010, and she has several other blogs available through links there. An experimental blog was also created in 2010 as a possible option for the Toolsorter.com site (est'd 2007) at Advice-on-Tool-Boards.blogspot.com. Azgrand is always experimenting with new sites, new web tools and new software to improve profits while at the same time cutting back on maintenance issues. Many of their sites will remain "anonymous", designed to run on autopilot while they continue the process of building new ones and eliminating those that do not perform. Azgrand does nearly everything "in house" doing their own clerical functions, web work, and (as always) whatever it takes to get the job done. Azgrand Internet Marketing, has enjoyed a comfortable growth rate for the past four years, and 2012 is on target to be the best year yet. The single most important thing that has made their business successful is the importance they place on customer service. The owners despise the mindless (and many times meaningless) messages kicked out by autoresponders, so to date they haven't started using one. Their emails have always been personally written. They answer each and every email they receive (within hours). This may have to change as their business grows, and they expand into digital products, but they are going to hang onto this very important factor in their service for as long as they can. Many other sites and blogs are currently being built to continually expand the business toward more digital and drop-shipped products, and as they travel more while running their business, they are working toward keeping things more private. But don't worry, wherever they are, they will be constantly monitoring everything that goes on.
